There is a 30-minute grace period before and after each booking for set-up and packing. Extra usage extending beyond this grace period will be chargeable in 60-min blocks (grace period-inclusive) and extra usage or consumables utilized during the booking will be invoiced once the booking is complete.
No smoking in the building.
Noise level should be kept to a reasonable level.
A cleaning fee will only be levied for spills on the carpeted spaces, subject to our cleaning contractor’s quotation.
Guests must approach the Reception staff to use any other meeting room or spaces within our premises, which may be chargeable.
Payment will be payable directly to VitaVenue. Payment is due 3 working days before all bookings. Refunds will be subject to VitaVenue’s cancellation policy. Kindly message us for more details.
Refunds for bookings with catering will be subject to the partner caterer’s refund and cancellation policy.
