By confirming your booking or using our event space, you agree to abide by our venue’s terms and conditions.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Venue In Thriving Abundance (VITA) Pte. Ltd.

These Terms and Conditions govern all venue reservations at Venue In Thriving Abundance (VITA) Pte. Ltd. (“VITA”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By confirming a booking, making payment, or using our facilities, the client (“Client”) agrees to abide by the following terms.
1. Pre-Booking and Reservation Policy
1.1. All enquiries and soft bookings are subject to venue availability.
1.2. Soft bookings are held for a maximum of seven (7) calendar days from the date of offer.
1.3. If written confirmation is not received within this period, the date will be automatically released without notice and may be offered to another client.
1.4. VITA reserves the right to decline or reschedule a soft booking request based on operational needs.
2. Booking Confirmation
2.1. A booking is considered confirmed once the Client has:
- Signed and returned the official quotation issued by VITA; and
- Paid the required deposit.
2.2. Upon confirmation, an official invoice will be issued for payment.
2.3. No booking shall be deemed final or confirmed until both the signed quotation and payment have been received.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. Full payment must be received no later than seven (7) days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2. Payment shall be made in Singapore Dollars via bank transfer or other approved methods stated on the invoice.
3.3. VITA reserves the right to withhold access to the venue if payment is not received by the stated deadline.
3.4. Any additional charges incurred on the event day (e.g., additional pax, overtime, damages) will be invoiced separately and are payable within seven (7) calendar days after the event.
4. Validity of Quotation
4.1. Each quotation issued is valid for five (5) calendar days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
4.2. Rates and availability are subject to change after the validity period.
5. Additional Attendance
5.1. Any increase in actual attendance beyond the confirmed number will be billed based on the event-day headcount.
5.2. Where a minimum spend or guaranteed number applies, the Client shall remain liable for the minimum confirmed number even if actual attendance is lower.
6. Conditional & Additional Charges
6.1. Conditional charges include:
- A cleaning fee of S$200.00 shall be applicable if the Client engages an external caterer, or if food or beverages are spilled on the carpets;
- Four-hour (4h) carpark coupons are available for purchase at the reception at S$18.00 each (usual price: S$28.00);
- A weekend air-conditioning surcharge of S$200.00 shall apply for events held on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays; and
- Overtime usage of the venue beyond the agreed booking hours shall be billed on a pro-rata basis.
7. Cancellation by the Client
7.1. Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following fees:
- More than 4 weeks before event – No charge.
- 3–4 weeks before event – 25% of total fees.
- 2–3 weeks before event – 50% of total fees.
- 1 week or less before event – 100% of total fees.
7.2. Deposits paid are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
8. Postponement by the Client
8.1. Requests to postpone more than 14 days before the event may be accommodated subject to availability and written approval.
8.2. Requests made within 14 days are deemed cancellations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Cancellation or Postponement by VITA
9.1. In the unlikely event VITA cancels or postpones the booking, any fees paid will be fully refunded or credited towards a future booking.
9.2. VITA shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from such cancellation or postponement.
10. Client Responsibilities
10.1. The Client shall:
- Ensure all guests, vendors, and contractors comply with venue rules and safety regulations;
- Be liable for any damages to the venue, carpets, walls, furniture, or equipment;
- Obtain all necessary permits, licences, and approvals required for the intended event activities; and
- Ensure that activities conducted are lawful and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
11. Liability
11.1. VITA shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of items belonging to the Client, vendors, or attendees, whether within or around the premises.
11.2. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold VITA harmless against all claims or damages arising from the use of the venue.
12. Force Majeure
12.1. VITA shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its control, including fire, flood, pandemic, government restrictions, or building unavailability.
13. Governing Law
13.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
13.2. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
