Abundant natural light and modern lighting solutions create a bright, inviting atmosphere, while seamless public transport access ensures convenience for all attendees. Whether you’re planning a formal presentation or a dynamic gathering, our event hall provides the space, comfort, and support you need to deliver a memorable experience.

  • There is a 30-minute grace period before and after each booking for set-up and packing. Extra usage extending beyond this grace period will be chargeable in 60-min blocks (grace period-inclusive) and extra usage or consumables utilized during the booking will be invoiced once the booking is complete.
  • No smoking in the building.
  • Noise level should be kept to a reasonable level.
  • A cleaning fee will only be levied for spills on the carpeted spaces, subject to our cleaning contractor’s quotation.
  • Guests must approach the Reception staff to use any other meeting room or spaces within our premises, which may be chargeable.
  • Payment will be payable directly to VitaVenue. Payment is due 3 working days before all bookings. Refunds will be subject to VitaVenue’s cancellation policy. Kindly message us for more details.
  • Refunds for bookings with catering will be subject to the partner caterer’s refund and cancellation policy.
